(these measurements are a guide. You may want to reduce or increase the goal sizes or increase or reduce the size of the gaps between goals to make it easier or harder for the player to defend.
Equipment:

Objective:
This game is for 2 players. Each player defends one end of gates. The object is to try and score by passing through one of the gates of the opponent. The opponent is allowed to move across within their zone to block and if they gain possesion then they can try to score in their opponents gates. Both players are allowed to move anywhere in there zones to try and create space but are not allowed into the central area. if the ball bounces into the middle then the game is paused and the coach will decide who restarts. If it is a only just outside of the zone then the player can retrieve but bring the ball back to the zone and continue. If a attept goes behind then the player defending will retrieve the ball and restart the game. Neither player are allowed to use their hands at anytime to block or when retreiving the ball.
