Organization:
Create areas 12'X5'.
Equipment needed:
2 soccer balls per area & 5 cones.
Explanation:
1 ball goes to the players on one side and 1 ball goes on the middle cone, (like a tee).
Players pass the ball from a stationary position & attempt to knock the ball off the tee.
Each team keeps track to how many times their able to knock the ball off.
If they successfully knock the ball off, the player who knocks it off has to quickly set it back up so their partner can try.
Coaching points:
Proper passing, knee bent, plant foot beside the ball & pass with the side of your foot.
Progression:
Have the players attempt to pass the ball to the other side without knocking the ball off the tee.
Have the players dribble and then try to knock the ball off the tee.

Organization:
Create area's about 20' in length & 5' in width, leaving space on either side for other area's.
Equipment needed:
3 cones and 2 soccer balls per area.
2 players per area, 1 soccer ball per pair.
Explanation:
Set a soccer ball on the middle cone like a tee.
Ball starts with a player on the outside cone.
Players pass the ball in a stationary position and try to knock the ball off the cone in the middle.
If they successfully knock the ball off the cone, the player who knocked the ball off quickly runs out and resets the ball on the cone.
The player from the other side collects the ball and tries to knock the ball off as well.
Make it a game and see which pair can knock the ball off the most times.
Coaching points:
Proper passing technique.
Heads up.
Progression:
See how many times players can pass the ball across to each other without knocking the ball off the tee.
Let the players dribble or carry before passing to knock the ball off the tee.

Easy turning & shooting activity.
Organization:
Split the players into 3 equal lines.
Use 3 cones to mark the space where the activity will start.
25' length and 18' in width.
Choose a side for the activity to start on.
Explanation:
Players preform various turning to shooting.
Outside foot turns, Body faint turns, Pull back turns, etc.

Organization:
Create a 20'X20' this can be adjusted based on number of participants.
Equipment needed:
20 Cones, 4 soccer balls.
Explanation:
Players start in the gate. Carry the ball with their laces to the cones.
Slow down when your approaching the cones.
Dribble through the cones using the insides of your feet.
Once they're through the cones, carry the ball half way back and pass to the next player in the gate.
Rejoin the line.
Coaching points:
Gentle touches on the ball while carrying and dribbling.
Using the insides and outside of feet gently while dribbling through the cones.
On your toes to receive a pass.
Accept the pass with the inside of your foot.
Use the side of your foot to pass the ball.
Plant foot beside the ball.
Bend your knee and follow through.
