Players jog around and do a variety of techniques with the ball:
a) Stop

15 x 20 yard area
Players attempt to dribble the ball from one side of the area to the other. The Player in the middle stands up and attempts to play the players ball. If a player gets their ball touched away they must sit down on feet and hands and move around like a crab then when a player comes by them they attempt to get a touch on their ball
Variations:
1) All players move like a crab
2) Team Challenge
Variations:
1) Standing player must take possesion away for them to be caught(as oppose to just getting a touch)
2 Players who have been caught can bum scooch around to get other players
3) Team Game (each time in a different colour)

20 x 30 yard area
Al players inside area dribble around while the SHARK on the outside runs inside when coach calls out SHARK ATTACK! The shark attempts to get a touch on a players ball inside and if they do that player will then dribble over to the coach and do 5 toe taps and then will re-join the game. When the shark gets a player they then go back to the outside until coach calls out SHARK ATTACK.
Variations:
1)Shark must knock players ball out of area
2)Player does 10 windshield wipers
3)Shark may continue to get players when they enter (they do not need to go to the outside again)
