Individual Defence

Video of Shave, Steal and individual defence to prime in team meeting

Half pitch ball carrying - Ball hit or Aerialed across to player opposite team, as soon as ball is trapped player recieving goes to attack goal 1, passing player can sprint across to defend once passed.

1 Defender and 1 attacker in the middle play rock paper scissor, first winner goes and joins the defence of attack making it a 2v1 or 1v2! If defender wins they go straight to goal to attack.

Same happens on to the left down the left channel at same time, restarts once ball is dead players to watch for this.

Progressions:

Change starting point of Defender to A if not getting across in time

Can change numbers

Add more rock paper scissorers..!

Allow defender to outlet to their team in the middle who can join to attack

Att V Defence

Attack - to press and win the ball - Given 3 Cards (As above area 1/2/3) to choose a different card, they have to then choose how they will do it (Following on from Zonal, trap and man man press) Defence not to know what they are doing, when they win the ball they have to score on that drive to win the game.

Defence - given 2 cards (A/B) They have to outlet the card through either A or B to score points. C is a bonus win, if they can outlet through the middle of C directly from hit out they gain bonus points, ball has to hit fence.

Additional Win - if the Defence can figure out the type of press from the attack the attack fo a forfiet.
