Organization:

4 different parts of field. White, Blue, Yellow and Red.
Instructions:
Team with ball can not have more then 3 passes in one part of the field.
Team to get points need to score with in the gates that have orange cones.
Coaching Points:
- Recognised the closing of an option and the need to find another one.
- Provide the appropriate width and depth in order to be able to switch the play.
- Look to move defence around on the strong side long enough to open up a free player or a 1v1 on the week side.
- Off the ball movement.
- Ball player must learn to handle and control the ball under pressure, taking half touches to help open up passing lanes and angles.
- Passing and receiving players need to think 2 or 3 steps ahead and be proactive, instead of reactive.

Instructions:
Either team must combine to score in either goal.
If goal is blocked then team must work to get open to allow a switch of play to happen.
Coaching Points:

- Look to move defence around on the strong side long enough to open up a free player or a 1v1 on the week side.

Teams must combine to go to goal. If goal is blocked they must look to switch the play to one of the other open goals.
Game is directional.
Small goals 1 point
Big goal two points
If team goes right down the middle and scores its is only one point.
Small goes can be 2 points if they switch point of attack from other wide area and score.
