Organization:
*3 10x15 yard rectangles
Instructions:
1) Unopposed - Player dribbles out breaks second line of cones and executes turn, breaks first line of cones and executes turn. Plays small pass to teammate on end-line.
Coaching Points:
1) Head up and eye contact with players
2) Bigger touch on execution of turn
3) Exaggeration of movements for pass/shot to sell the turn
4) After execution of turn, pick up head to observe
5) Acceleration after turn into space

Semi-opposed - Same as above, however, connecting players on each end pressure ball to aid executuion of turn.

Organization: 20x20, Cones, Balls, Discs, 2 Goals
Instructions:
1) Coach plays the ball in and each team sends a player in and plays 1v1
2) Players score in regular fashion in either goal
3) Game is over when goal is scored or ball leaves the field
4) Repeat game with other players

1) As previous
2) Recognition of when and where to turn

1) Play 2v2

Will then add in fast feet elements to increase tempo.
