Dribble Between Squares (10min)
Players will dribble the ball from one square to another and back using various dribbling skills. Some skills they will use are:
- outside right foot
- inside right foot
- outside left
- inside left
Encourage players to be confident and remind them that this is the time to practice get better at dribbling. Ensure players are being intentional with every dribble and promote quality over quality. We should give more praise to those that are working on the skill instead of those that are rushing the dribble to get to the other side.
