Warm Up - React to shape (10 mins)

Warm Up Game
Reaction to Shape:

Fun activity where 10 players occupy 10 of 11 corners. The cones represent spaces within our shape. The idea of the game is one player (Blue) tries to run to the spare cone, the role of the red team is to get closest player to leave their cone and cover the spare cone with the team shuffling and moving to cover closest cones and leaving furthest cone free so its harder for Blue player to run and occpy the spare cone.

12 seconds work of high intensity, change the pressing player.
