Game 6v4

Organization:

  • Two 6v4 organizations 
  • 4 rounds 4minX1min
  • Group 1: Andrew, Landon, Arie, Oscar, Liam, Tor / Rome, Alessandro, Brandon, Marcin.
  • Group 2: Jacob, Pedro, Daniel, Peter, Yunus, Geison / Alexander, Matthew, Lenin, Drake

Instructions:

  • The gray team must progress to the other side with another pass that breaks the line or that the player receives and drives, always adding a player to make 3v2 and finish in the opponent's goal.
  • The orange team will regain possession to finish in either of the two mini-goals.

Coaching Points:

  • Quality passes on the ground
  • Move the ball to the opposite side of the pressure.
  • Scan to see if I am receiving under pressure or not.

Game 8v7

Organization:

  • 8v7 organization
  • 4 rounds 5 minX1min
  • Grey team: Andrew/Drake, Landon, Arie, Matthew/Brandon, Oscar/Peter, Alessandro, Liam/Tor/Yunus
  • Orange team: Jacob/Marcin, Pedro, Daniel, Tor, Geison, Alexander, Rome

Instructions:

  • It starts with a pass to the goalkeeper and progress to the last zone by passing or receiving, turning and dribbling to advance to the last zone. A player from the first zone will always be integrated so that in the last zone a 3v2 is made to finish.
  • The orange team will regain possession and will be able to finish on goal.
  • First round presses one orange player, second round two, third round three and last round different number of players.

Coaching Points:

  • Quality passes on the ground
  • Move the ball to the opposite side of the pressure.
  • Scan to see if I am receiving under pressure or not.
  • Body shape to receive and protect to give another pass or receive and turn to progress.
  • Counter movements to generate space or passing options in the final zone.
