Organization:
1. 30x20 yard area setup as shown
2. Players in groups of 2
3. 1 ball per group
Instructions:
1. Players are paired together one passes one target player
2. Players move around the area in their pairs
3. Once the pair reaches a gate,the passer must play the ball to their target player through the gate
4. After the ball has been received through the gate, the pair switches roles and find another gate to play through
5. Players keep count of the gates the ball is passed through
Coaching Points:
1. Head up, observe your target
2. Weight and accuracy of pass
3. Heel down, toe up, inside push pass
4. Make contact with the middle of the ball
Progressions:
1. Players have to get through two gates for one point
2. Limit to two touch so that the players have to continue to pass moving to the gates
3.Switch Partner after pass through a gate

Organization:
1. Line of 3 cones 10yds apart
2. 2 players with 2 soccer balls
3. 1 ball is placed in the center on top of the cone
4. 2nd ball starts with player on the side
Instructions:
1. 2 players will play against each other and try to knock the ball off the center cone with a pass.
2. Player 1 will start the game and try first. If the player knocks the ball off, he gets a point.
3. Then the player places the ball back on the center cone and player 2 attempts.
4. Play for 2 minutes. Make it Tournament style: Player who won moves up a game towards the top; and player who lost moves down a game)
Coaching Points:
1. Non-kicking foot placed on the side of the ball pointing at the target
2. Head up observe target
3. Working on inside-push pass: use iside surface of kicking foot, heel down, toe up
4. Strike through the middle of the ball
5. Follow through the pass to target with passing foot
6. Weight and accuracy of Pass
Progressions:
P1- Create a longer distance to pass
P2- Force players to take a first touch into space before passing

Organization:
Area as shown. 12 players. Lots of balls
Instructions:
Players are working together. Red team in sections A & C are working against Blue team in areas B & D.
Passes are made continuous until the team defending (in diagram - blue) win the ball and then they play together in their sections against Red team.
Players are not allowed to leave their areas.
Coaching Points:
Weight of pass
Head up to find open player
open Hips to pass ball
plated foot directed to target
inside part of the foot ( heel down / toe up )
follow through with pass
Progressions:
If team keeps the ball in their area for longer than 5 passes allow defending team to send a player in to try and win the ball.

Conditions:
- 4 passes among your team earns you 3 points, whereas a goal scores 1 point.

Organization:
- 25x20 yard area
- Each player has a ball
Instructions:
- Player react to the call of the coach.
- The coach calls out a number and the player does the action which relates to this number.
1 - right foot on top of the ball
2 - left foot on top of the ball
3 - change direct withthe outside of right foot
4 - change direction with the outside of left foot
5 - perform dragback/pullback with right foot
6 - perform dragback/pullback with left foot
7 - outside cut with either foot
8 - inside cut with either foot
Coaching Points:
Keep ball close to ensure quick reactions to the coach's call.
Keep head up when dribbling as to avoid other players.
