Screen 1 (15 mins)

1) Lap of pitch (pulse raiser) *1-2 mins* 

2) Tech raiser & Hip prep (Groups of 3. Working player on cone. 30s work each): *5/6 mins*

 - Open hip, side foot volley to opposite feeder 

 - Instep volley across body to opposite feeder

 - Touch and instep across body to opposite feeder 

 - short shuttle and forward volley (Laces)

3) Dynamics (kicks, swings, gates, squats, lunges with twist/reach, skips, hip rotations, side shuffles) & Potentiation (Pogos, Lateral Hops, High Skips, Triple hop, Crossover hop, Start & Stops at 8m linear, 16m linear, 8-16m (stop/go again) linear, 16m curved x2, 90 degree cut x2. *5/6 mins*

4) Partner chase: Rock, Paper, Scissors *1-2 mins*

- partner start either side of the 8m line facing each other.

- Pair play rock, paper, scissors a sprint race over the line closest line to the winner
