Screen 1 (20 mins)

Dimensions to suit

Small goals cones or poles

Ball in centre

Play starts on "GO"

Players compete for ball, first to ball attacks oppisite goal

Game resets when points scored or ball goes out of play

1 point for shooting into goal

2 points for dribbling into goal.

COACHING POINTS

Speed to ball

50/50 challenge, get weight of body behind ball

DEFENDERS

Be ready to jockey the attacker

Force him onto his weaker foot and away from his prefered goal

Be patient, dont jump in, try to steal the ball and counterattack

ATTACKER

Try with your 1st touch to either shoot or push the ball forward into space

Use feints, tricks and speed to get past the defender

POINTS 

Are players under control when chasing in for the ball, do they dive in unnessarily

Are they jockeying in the right position 

Are they committing defenders to go the wrong way and then taking advantage

Are they getting shots away when able

Are they reacting quickly to transitions, defence and attack
