Possession 4v4v4+1
In this exercise there will be 3 teams of 4 players. 1 group will be on the outside of the box, that group will be able to run along their respective line. The other 2 groups will be in the box and will have 1 neutral player.
In this exercise we want the team in possession of the ball to move the ball around and hit all 4 players to equal a point. We are observing players movement of the ball, speed of play and thier technical abilities.
The team on the outside have to communicate, open up to create a 1-2 or wall pass to create passing lanes.
Each games are 3mins for 1 min of rest and repetition of 4 times.

3 goal game
5v5 +1 (On half a pitch or depending on the level of the team make the field shorter)
In this exercise we are looking for players to put the technical into play with directional play at goal.
We are observing how players position themselves on the field and how they receive a ball.
The objective of the game is to have possession of the ball, and to create an overload on one side to score a goal. Players will have to communicate, move, pass, combine to create space.

7v7 or 11v11
Depending on the field space and or number of players available.
We are going to be observing for players to use the exercises before. Make sure to let the players play and do few coaching points to emphasize the sessions.

Warm Up
In this exercise we are warm up players by moving and have soccer specific direction.
There will be two teams of different color and equal number.
2mins of 1 touch and 2mins of 2 touch and 2mins of 1 and 2 touch.
Objective: Moving, passing, receiving, turning, vision and teamwork.
