Warm-Up (10 mins)
Warm-Up (10min)
- Players will start with a two lap jog around the pitch
- Next, they will be on the left side of the pitch doing dynamic exercises
- Some dynamic exercises are high knees, butt kicks, straight legs, A-skips, B-skips, etc...
- After, they will go to the right side of the pitch to perform a dribbling warm up
- The players will dribble through cones in a zig zag pattern
- Lastly, players will perform a passing station with a partner.
- They will focus on high quality passes and touches

2v2 Pressing Drill (20 mins)

Rules
- In possession team tries to play into the players across from them for a point.
- Team that played the ball across should immediately apply pressure to the ball.
- In possession can play back to a new pair at anytime.
- In possession must make at least one pass before playing to the other side.

Small Group Pressing (25 mins)

Rules
- Play 5v3 with 2 extra defenders in the middle area.
- In possession team can play on the ground or in the air to play to the other side.
- Out of possession team should press to win the ball and then play into the middle area or to the other side for a point.
- No passing restrictions on when to play to the other side.
- First team to 5 wins.
- Progress to after 3 passes, you can add another defender in the area to press.
Objective: Deny In possession from passing to the other side through our shape.

7v7 Final Third (25 mins)
GAME | 7v7
- Only score from Final 3rd.
- Must connect at least 5 passes or 3rd man in middle area to score.
- Corners & Free Kicks for Orange
- Corners for Black restart with Long Ball from GK.

Players runs 2 laps cooldown then does static stretching to end practice. Players should hit the muscles that are tighter than others for a longer period of time.
