T2D - Make two grids for 6 players in a 3v3 - 20x20 area
T2D EXERCISE
Blue player passes the ball to the red player and immediately T2D
The moment the ball is lost the blue player sprints to the red player
The blue player show the correct defensive technique - side on, low down, hand out, one toes, force opposition to one side

Over the River
3 teams - two teams together at any one time
One team remains in their 3rd on build up play and look to transfer the ball into the centre of the pitch - if we cannot play into the centre, we can play long ball to the end play
The central team presses in a underload (blues) 4v2 against the reds
As the blues press, 2 blacks come into the central zone to make a 2v2 to look to build up short and long

T2D Exercise Game
Red team build up possession in the central area of the pithc
Every 4 passes, a blue player enters - 4v1, 4v2 , 4v3 etc etc
Once the ball is won by the blue team in the central area by one tow or three players, the rest of the blue team joins in.
The red team then have to T2D - Get narrow and compact, recovery runs, pressure on the ball early. and look to force the attacking team wide

Build Up Play in central areas
The ball has to be played into the central areas before the TWP players can be activated
The ball can be bounced back from the central players to the centre backs
