Set up as shown above. Can have multiple GKs working
Yellow GK starts to outside of hurdle
Using outside foot only (jumping off one leg), Yellow GK hops over hurdle three times
After third jump, Yellow GK progresses to front of cone for set and volley from server
Yellow GK retreats to starting position
Blue GK then starts.
Take six reps each then switch (note: if have three + GKs can have rotate)
Variations: two-footed hops, include mannequin, second service (possible high ball)
CPs: quick feet, focus when tired, positive attitude

Yellow GK performs flower - receives volley
Yellow GK returns the ball to the initial server, works back toward the goal line
Yellow GK then cuts the angle on the side for dealing with a shot from the second Blue Server
Progression 1 - add another shot from the first server
Progression 2 - add a difficult full extension dive (toss or bounce ball on the floor) across the goal for GK to get to and save
CPs - sharp feet, quality handshape, reset and adjust angles, ball line, tracking of the ball

Exercise for GK to deal with chaos in front of goal
Unannounced service. One GK working, 3 serving
Have random items around the area (consider safety in their selection)
Top server starts with ball, plays anywhere they want
Other servers (if receive ball) may do the same
- shoot, knock off mannequin, bounce off rebounder, etc
GK reads and makes decision about when to attack, sit, save, etc.
CPs: Give GKs opportunity to see chaotic situation in front of goal, be calm despite chaos.

Old School Activation (10 mins)
Simple activation work to prep GKs for various actions.
Notably, get in a warmup of movement prior to activation
1) GK side on, server calls Turn, GK turns square to server for volley - Reps as desired
2) GK double-tap footwork over line/hurdle/cone then set for volley - Reps as desired
3) Spread save position for volley - stretch out hips and hamstrings - Reps as desired
4) Butt-Knees-Feet - get used to hitting the ground - Reps as desired
CPs: Build in pace as we go along, touching on footwork/handling/spread shape/diving, technique is important
