Organization: 4v4 (5v5) in the area 20 by 20 m.(25 by 25 m) 2v2 inside - 2 players outside.
When ball is played outside to own player outside player dribbles in and inside player switches with him.
Progression: If 2 defenders got split then they must switch with 2 other players from outside.

- Width, depth, support, mobility.

Organization: In the area 20 by 20 m (25 by 25 m) 5 v 5 game. 2 players on outside and 1v1 inside the zone 10 by 10 m. When the ball played outside - players dribble in and player who passed the ball goes outside. To play the ball from side to side ball must be played through middle player.
Progression: make area bigger. game 6v6 and 2v2 inside.
Coaching Points:
- Attacking principles;
- Moving of the ball;
- Timing of the runs;
- Accuracy and quickness of play

Organization: 5v5 (6v6) 40 m by 20 m. To transition from own half to opposition half team must play the ball through one of the cone gates. One (2) of the defenders can go and defend the goal.
Coaching Points:
Accuracy;
Recognizing when to go forward, when to switch the point of attack;
Mobility and support.

Organization: Full field with 2 outside zones. 7v7(6v6) + 1v1/1v1 on outside. Outside players free and must use 2 touch.
To transition into opposition zone ball must be played through the cone gates or outside zones. Any defender can step in between cone gate to defend it.
Progression: outside player can defend against each other.
Coaching Points:
- The same as before;
- Recognize when to use flank players;
- Be clever to realise how, when and where to switch the point of attack;
- Mobility and quickness;
- Awareness, Decision making at right times and in right areas

Technical warm up. (20 mins)
Organization: in the box 30 by 30 m. divided into 9 cells. Players must pass the ball in a sequence predetermined by the coach. After they pass the ball they must overlap the cone on outside.
In case of 2 or 3 groups of 6 - all groups play in the same grid.
Progression: Players must play the ball into diagonal cell. Square passes not allowed and players cannot play back to the same cell, where the ball came from;
1/2 touch play;
Cannot use the central cell;
Players must support the ball on the opposite half of the field;
After long pass - must be short pass.
Coaching Points:
- Width-depth;
- Accuracy in the passing technique (short and long);
- Communication; open up the body or take the ball across the body to turn;
- Support, awareness who to support and where to turn to play the ball next.
