Method: Possession 30 minutes
Details:
5 x 5 minute games with 1 minute rest in between. 2 boxes with 2 teams. A ball is played into a box and 3 players from the opposite box must enter to try and win the ball back.
If they kick it out or the opposite team kicks ball outside the box a ball is then played into their box and 3 from the other box go in to try win the ball and the 3 chasers come back to their own box for possession.
If they win the ball and transfer it back into their own box, they get a point for their team.
If the team in possession gets 20 passes then they get a point and the 3 players chasing come out and a new 3 players come in to try win the ball back. Whoever has the most points in the 5 minutes wins.

6. Where to pass the ball (safe side from the opponent)
Off the ball

2. Closest man presses and other players support
3. Force them one way
4. Communication
