SET UP: Several different types of equipment have been set up within the playing area, different things added as the session develops (dribbling playground). Players must collect a ball off of a cone, travel through the playground and place on to a spare cone.
KEY POINTS: What different ways can I move around the playing area? Jump, hop, skip, backwards, etc
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: Children can manipulate the ball (throwing or bouncing), use of creative ideas to incorporate their ball into the challenges. Add a tagger

KEY POINTS: Type of throw to score? Where is there a free goal? Can I disguise my through/trick the defender?

SET UP: Players must stay in the grid (grid is made up of cones with some footballs on), blue players are taggers. If tagged a player must stand still, a team mate must run and get a ball and throw it to the trapped player to release them. That ball must be then put back onto a cone within 3 seconds. Cannot be tagged if you are holding a ball.
KEY POINTS: Awareness of playing area, where are the taggers? How can I dodge players? Use of my body to avoid taggers (dropping hips etc)
POTENTIAL PROGRESSIONS: All players move around with a ball and there is an introduction of safe zones, can only spend 3 seconds in a safe zone and must bounce or throw ball whilst in zone.
