Set up a three-sided goal using cones or training poles. Break players into
groups of 4 or 5 with one player guarding the goal, this player can’t move
more than one step off the goal line. Other players are spread out around the
goal these players start with the ball and pass it amongst themselves until
they have a good opportunity to pass it through one side of the goal. Players
should be encouraged to move to support the ball and after passing it and to make deceptive runs / interchange positions. You
can start this game with the players hands then move to their feet.
Key Attributes of the Drill – Fun game that encourages movement and
interchanging of positions. Can incorporate a goalie by allowing the defender to use
their hands. Game-based passing activity.

Have players spreadout in a large grid. Provide 1 ball for every 3 to 5 players. Players with the ball pass to an open player and move to support the next pass. Support should be provided to the left and right of each ball after those support positions are coveved a central support player can be provided. This player should be slightly off to the side rather than directly infront of the player in possession of the ball.

Continue pass and move but now players must sprint outside of the box each time they play the ball

Divide players into groups of 4-5 and put groups in matching pinnies. Players can now only play to teammates.
Move to having players sprint outside of their box once they have passed the ball.

Play 7 v 7 to 9 v 9 in a formation that is similar to what you play in a game. Start by requiring 3 to 5 passes before the team can go to go. After 15 min of playing with the pass restriction allow the team to play unrestricted.

Dynamics to Walking Juggle (10 mins)
Start Session by having players do dynamic motions: jogs, skips, shuffles, backpedals, ect… (3 rounds of 1 min)
Move to free juggling then have them go to the endline and have them walking juggle from endline to 18. If their ball hits the ground they go to the closest line (18 or endline) and start over. Give them 2 min to complete.
