Instructions:
Teams play 3v1 in box as shown. If Red can complete 3 passes or 1 player can dribble past defender to break line they can attack the nearest goal. The Yellow defender stays in box and 2 Red player may attack the goal creating a 2v1.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-How can you break out of rondo to attack the goal?
-Decision Making - Attacker (Dribble vs Pass vs Shoot) based on pressure of 1st defender
Dribble - Defender leaves space / Pass - Defender pressures ball &or Supporting Attacking player has more space or closer to goal / Shoot - Attacker has space close to goal SCORE! FINISH

-Supporting player helping to create space for player on the ball
-Creativity / Improvisation to unbalance defending team

Instructions:
3 teams of 4 play. 2 teams playing. 1 team resting (1 player on either side of the goal). Teams must break the end line via dribble / pass (enforce offside) then they will be allowed to shoot & score. When goal is scored, team that concedes is off and the new team can dribble on and game continues. Teams count total goals to determine overall winner.
Coaching Points/Questions:
-Penetration - Attack & Drive into space when you have it
-Penetration - Look to play incisive passes to break lines of defensive team
-Support - Players creating supporting angles to help unbalance defense to play forward
-Creativity / Improvisation - Moves to beat players 1v1 / Deceptive Receiving & First Touch to break pressure / Various ways to pass the ball (outside foot, curls, reverse pass etc...)
Regressions/Progressions:
-R-2 fields (3v3 no resting players)
