1v1 Warmup - Strike, roll, 1v1 (10 mins)
Instructions:
- GK starts in front of of S1, S1 Strike into frame
- GK then rolls a ball to S2, S2 goes 1v1 at the GK
- GK gets back in line with S1, S1 strike into frame again
- GK then rolls the ball to S3, S3 goes 1v1 at GK
- Cycle repeats

- Rebounds are live
