Football/Soccer Session (Moderate): Switching Play Through Recycling The Ball

Description

-Players work in two teams, set up as a back line, midfield andstriker.

-Aim of the team in possession is to keep possession of the ball,and to look to score in either of the two mini goals at the top of the grid.

-Team out of possession should look to be compact, and occupy thehalf of the pitch that the ball is in.

Progression 

- If the team in possession can score their goal while less than halfof the opposition are in the area that the ball is in, the goal is worthdouble.
