1v1 w/flying changes

Transition on the field
Start of 1v0 (goalie)
as soon as shot registered, 2 come on with a ball and attack the 1 defender
when the 2v1 shoots
3 New attackers come on to make it 3v2. Once that shot happens, we reset.
Coaching Point:
Speed of transition (Can we be relentless in the attack)
Commiting the defender/take on 1v1
spatial awareness

Ball must be played on the ground and through each zone.
neutral is the only one allowed to move through the zones
after each goal we will sub players off for each team that scores.

Defender tries to get the ball
People without the ball MUST MOVE to improve the angle
If the defender gains possesion, the person they took it from is in the middle.
