Progression: On coaches call of Go Player A takes a touch forward through their gate and passes from their grid through the gates into Player B, who is standing at the back of their grid, and follows the ball to replace B'. 2. Player B takes a first touch through the left gate and out of the grid, at the same time the C' players enter the outside grid. 3. Player B passes into Player C in the outside grid to the left and follows the ball into Player C's original position. Player C's first touch is also left through the gate and sequence repeats. Same applies for other grids at the same time. 2-3 minute sequence, then change to Player A first touch through right gate, passing to C on the right. Initially all starts of sequence should be on coaches call of go, once they have the sequence worked out allow them to simply continue the sequence, if one player makes a mistake, poor first touch or poor pass this will disrupt the whole sequences of play. After 2-3 mins rotate to go right.

Area; 20 x 20, central small goal along each side line. Players: 8 - 16, divided into two teams. 12 used here.
Explanantion: Each team (6) has two endline players at each end and two middle players, one team is playing vertically the other horizontally. Team in possesion is effectively playing 6 v 2 as endline players can not defend. Points are scored by moving the ball from one endline to the other and back again and then scoring a goal without losing possesion. Rotate middle players every two mins. Emphasis on taking a first touch away from pressure then quick pass to support players, leading to first time passes.
Step Up/Progression: convert middle to 3v3 or 4v4 by adding endline players to the middle. Step Down: increase area; to score move the ball from one endline to the other then score; Attacking team can add an extra endline player to the middle to creat 3v2 or 4 v 2.
