Time: 20-30 minutes
Organisation:
-40x30 or 40x20 grid.
-Set up two grids and split 1sts and 2nds into either.
-In each grid split players into positions.
-Blue back and a CM.
-Red front 4 and 1 or 2 cm.
-CF starts at top of grid on the outside.
Exercise:
-RED CM starts with the ball and feeds any of the front 4.
-The attackers aim to get the ball over the defenders line with a pass to player making an angle to receive a pass.
-This can change so attackers switch. So CF can come into grid and 10 or second strikers makes a run in.
-Wingers can also do this.
-Only one player at the time must be in this area.
-The back 4 can defend the line but not go past it.
-If defenders win the ball exercise resumes by RED CM.
-Switch any spare players around after every 5 minutes or every play so all have regular play.

Organisation:
-3/4 pitch
-2 even teams of 9v9.
-First X1 red 4-2-2, Blue 2-2-3-1.
-Second X1 red 4-2-2, blue 2-4-2.

-Play 3 ten minute periods and switch players roles within those ten breaks.

Organisation:
-30x20 pitch.
-2 central goals and corner goals ( use cones or mini goals).
-Split players into 3 teams.
Exercise:
-Play 10 minute games.
-4v4 inside the grid with 2 common players inside and 2 outside the grid.
-Teams can score in central and corner goals.

Organisation:
-Y shaped grid with players at each station and excess at 1.
-Excess have a ball each bar one who waits to receive ball off player at 5.
Exercise:
-Players pass the ball in number order.
-Players move into the position ready for the next pass.
-Goes round in sequence for 5 minutes.
_After 5 minutes go 1-2-5-4-1.
