Ball played in by coach on sideline
Game of 4v5 in middle zone and 1v1 in end zones. Middle zone players cannot enter end zones. Once ball gets into end zone, can the 9 beat the defender and score.
Key Focus
When the opposition has the ball can the CB defending the 9 be just off the 9s shoulder.
When the ball is played into the 9 what decision will the CB make. Can they be in a position off the shoulder of the 9 so if the ball is played into the 9 can the CB step infront of the 9 and win the ball. If the CB decides to not to try and win the ball can they stay engaged, not allowing the 9 to face goal. Can the CB force them away from goal. Strong 1v1 defending.
Change it - 3v4 in the middle with a bouncer on each side.

Red passes out in front to blue who delivers a cut back - 2 reds time their run to score a goal.
