Adaptations (Progressions & Regressions): progression making it so players are able to go in any zone to support play, but the ball still must be played through the middle zone.
Challenges, Conditions or Targets: playing through the middle team in either third has to make 3 passes before playing it into the middle players, players are locked in their zones, progression would be allowing a player from, either team to drop into a zone to help, ball has to go into the middle before scoring cannot go from one end straight to the other, ball speed, movement off the ball to support the play knowing when to come and receive the ball and when to hold width. Targets for middle players receiving can they receive in between lines and play off one and two touches.
