Technical semi opposed (15 mins)
Organization:
-Players start at ends and 1 cone between them.
Instructions:
-Players run to cone at the same time.
-At the cone players perform scissors and dribble to the opposite side.
Coaching Points:
-Ability to perform scissors with the ball.
-Short touches when approaching the cone.
-Finish move with outside of the foot touch.
Progressions:
-double scissors.

Technical fully opposed (20 mins)
Organization:
-2 goals, one on each end.
-1 cone where defender starts.
-Gate where attacker starts.
Instructions:
-Defender passes the ball to the attacker.
-Defender pressures the attacker
-Attacker tries to score in either goal.
-If defender wins they can score through the gate where the attacker started.
Coaching Points:
-Head up to recognize space and pressure.
-Execution of fient/scissors

-Time limit to score.
