Game starts in the middle grid 4v4 (can add neutrals if needed) 

Once one team completes a certain amount of passes they break out and play the ball to their forward

The player who plays the ball forward can join the attack and create a 2v1 to goal

If defenders win the ball they play back into the grid and game begins again
