-12 players each with a ball
-6 players on the outside of the Grid without a ball
-6 Players inside the Grid with a ball
Instructions:
From the start of the Warm-up
- Prog 1-Juggles
- Prog 2 Have the players dribble around different Directions ( Add Footskills such as L-turn, Single Sisscors, Double Sisscors, etc....
-Prog 3 - Now have 6 players on the outside without a ball and 6 inside the grid with a ball ( In the activity - player will pass the ball to a server on the outside - the server must receive the ball and take a touch inside the grid and find another server) At the same time player swap sides
Example on the session- P1 passes it to P2 who will take a touch and dribble into space to find an open server) now P1 steps out in replacing P2 spot
