Starts with 4v2 in shaded areas. After x passes or at first opportunity - ball goes long into other shaded area.
Different pont system (based on desired outcomes) for;
- Attacker winning first ball
- Attacking connecting first ball into midfield
- midfields scoring on pug nets or big net with GK
- Defender finding pug net
- Defender find CM and them scoring on pug
- Etc

Dealing with 2nd ball (Individual)
Blue and Black are working players (for x amount of time).
Ball clipped/thrown from red target into target opposite - headed into play and game is live. Black goes N-S for points, Blue goes E-W.
Aim: Secure 2nd ball and play into your opposite target for 3 point. Playing into other outside player (other than server) just gets 1 point. Can reduce outside to just 2 targets and both Blue and Black go North/South to make it harder. Intermediate - replace side target players with pug nets.
