Organization: Same 30x20 area
Instructions: Players make three passes to each other and on the third pass the player without ball puts pressure on player with ball.

- Make it a one touch and when one player decides to stop the ball the other puts pressure.

Organization: 30x20 as before, but with two fields. Only 1 is showed here. 6 players each field
Instructions: Player A makes a long pass to Player B then becomes a defender the moment player B makes his/hers first touch. Players B looks to score on goal. Player A looks to steal ball and score on opposite goal.

- Teams can not pass the ball forward, but only backwards and sideways.
- Only way for attacker to move forward is by dribbling.
