Objectives:
To mainly develop explosive power and conditioning.
Description:
Players are being split into groups of three (One can also make a group of four if there are not up to the right amount of players) with 2 players at one end and one player 50 yards away at the opposite end. A ball is being positioned in the middle (25 yards away) and a hurdle which is 2 yards from the ball.
Left Sided player:
On the Coach's command, players must therefore sprint towards the hurdle (23yards).
Jump over the hurdle (2yards).
Take the ball and run with it to the opposite end (25 yards).
Right sided player:
The single right sided player takes the ball from the left side player and runs towards the middle of the area (25yards)
The player stops the ball on the centre line and jumps over the hurdle (2yards)
The player then sprints (23yards)

Objective:
To improve passing at the right time of play.
Description:
The midfilder (A) passes the ball to the forward (B) who checks to the red pole before receiving the ball. (B) then passes to the winger (C) who then moves around the cones before crossing for the second forward (D) who in turn will weave in and out of the boundary poles before finishing on goal. Players Rotation anti-clockwise.
The pecularity of this exercise is that all the players must perform agility and co-ordination movements at the right time before advancing to the tactical combination.
All defenders perform the technical circuit to improve their ball control.

Objective:
Developing possession of the ball using psycho-Kinetics in dynamic game.
Description:
The team is being divided into three colours inside a 30x30 yard area. This is a dynamic possession of the ball practice with two letters A and B forming a team playing against letter C. If for example; If team B loses the ball, the game will continue with team A and C trying to keep possession with team B trying to recover it.
The Coach will have to condition the game with a maximum of two touches only.
Coaching points:
Open body shape to see all the playing options.
Play quickly (Maximum of two touches) considering the overload of players.
If needed, Create space to get away from the marker.

Objectives:
Developing players to think and act quickly using Psycho-Kintetics
Description:
The team is being divided into groups of four players each within a 10x 10 yards area with each player having different colours.
The game begins with players passing the ball to feet, calling the number of the player who receives the ball. when the coach calls out a number, for instance as stated on the diagram; ''1'' then the players play 3v1 the number called ''1'' becomes the player without the ball. When the number touches the ball, the initial game restarts.
key coaching points:
Creating Space to find the right position on the field to receive the ball.
Body shape and angle of support receiving and identifying the next pass.
Asking to play fast using two touches only where possible
Reduce timing of the first touch (receiving) and second (passing).
