40x25 area with two goals, mannequins are 15 yrds away from goal. Players need to be infront of the mannequins ready to recieve the ball, the man on the last mannequins turns and shoots. two balls working at the same time, pass and follow, focasing on good movement and timing of runs. Quality on the passing along with good tecnique on the finish.

Progressions

1. Pass and follow with a shot

2. 1st mannequin man sets the start man, who plays into the front man, he then turns and shoots.

3. Set at the startand then the front man sets for the 1st manniquin to shoot
