This session needs to be done over a couple of weeks so if you need to shorten, change or pick 2 excersizes and change around order over 3 weeks. It is however important to get all 4 going, in the same session at least once to get full understanding from players to make sure they hav e understood whats needed. Attention raiser for players

Organization:
10-14 players
Possession game
2 teams, 1 ball. Passing and moving in and out of the squares with quick movement of the ball. Score point by getting ball all the way to gatekeeper behind cones.
Instructions:
Only 2 players of the same team ever to be in the same square. If more than 2 in same square, penalty= give ball to other team.
If Opposing team win the ball they carry on and try to score in either corner.
When team score, last player to touch ball goes in to the goal/gate.
Coaching Points:
- Eye contact to begin passing sequence.
- Communication
- Movement from other players to keep ball in play and to create angles
- Look for space.
- Understanding when to pass short or long.
- Taking first touch into space.
Progressions:
- 2 touch
- 1 or 3 touch never 2
- 1 touch

Pass, turn and pass
Setup as per picture
Instructions:
One side start, pass into middle man who turns neatly with ball and pass down to corner across (straight passing lines). When start player is getting close to middle, second start player play the pass and so forth. Follow passes from start to middle, middle to other corner. Receiving player in corner drives ball back to start.
High intensity runs from start to middle.
Coaching Points:
- Eye contact to begin passing sequence.
- Communication
- Make sure player in the middle never has to wait for the ball (pass played when 2 paces remains to middle cone)
- Calculating runs and timing
- Middle man, full concentration, good first touch and turn.
Progressions:
Checked run before receiving
1-2 and start man play long to corner, still same position changes
