Objective: Players will perform various exercises as a warmup . After each segment players will stretch

Setup:
3 cones lined up in a triangle 3 yards apart from each other with one more cone 4 yards from the triangle. Players start at the top of the triangle and check to outside of cone and use various touches with different surfaces of the foot and body then run around the top cone and go to the other side and repeat touches opposite side.

Setup:
Four cones lined up 3 yards apart with 4 poles set up 8-10 yards from last cone in a diamond shape
Actions:
Player A begins by dribbling in and out of the four cones then plays to player B who opens to right side of pole. Player B plays a one touch back to player A back foot. Player A then plays to player C who receives inside back foot and then touches outside back foot and looks to play to player D. Player D bumps back to player C who plays a switching ball to player E who bumps to player D. Player D plays into player B who then one touches out wide to player E’s run. Player E plays it back to player A and we repeat. Players rotate to their right.
