Dribble circle (15 mins)
Dribble gates
1. 1 player from each line dribbles through the gate in front of them and then the matching gate on the opposite side of the circle. Players pass to the next player in line (from the second gate) Second player starts when 1st player has broken the plain of the first gate. Players w/balls should be moving!
2. Players turn left or right on coaches instruction (in the gate in front and out the gate on the left or right)
3. place one defender in center circle. They must get 6 steals to get out. The final steal is the next defender.
Insist that the players must enter and exit through a gate.
