Attacking team attacks the big goal. Defending team attempts to win the ball and attack the counter goals. Stop play and restart if activity becomes slow and neither team is attacking. After goal, ball goes out of bounds, GK gets the ball, play restarts from top of the area. 5 minutes. Attacking and defending teams switch. Scrimmage
Attacking team attacks the big goal. Defending team attempts to win the ball and attack the counter goals.
Coaching points: Laws of the game apply: goal kicks, throw-ins, corners, etc. Play for 12 minutes, 3 minute 1/2 time, switch sides.

Cones 2 yards apart with cones 8 yards across, 1 ball per player, Maximum 3players per line.
COACHING POINTS / KEY CONCEPTS

Non ball progression: Run, skip, gallop, side shuffle, run backward.
