2. 15 passes or a meg will keep the defenders in another round.
3. This will be used every session to help build muscle memory and help them get their minds right for the session.

1. Ball will start with the RB and after they pass the ball they follow their pass.
2. After a couple of rounds they will then start from the LB postion and pass the other way around.
3 Everything should be 2 touch sharp and firm passes.

1. Divide 2 teams
2. Objective here is for the team that has the ball to connect with their own team without letting the defense get the ball. All passes have to be on the ground.
3. Defense has to work together to keep its shape and stay tight so the ball doesnt get through. Once a defender kicks the ball out or get possesion then they turn into the offensive team and have to connect with their players on the other side.
4. 2 touch only, ball on the ground, everytime you connect with your team its a point. team with the highest points after 2 minute sessions wins the game.

1. Offensive team(white) objective is to break down the defensive team(black).
2. Should be 5v4 in this session and the white team is trying to score on the big goal while the black team is trying to defend and get possesion of the ball to try and score on the little goals.
3. Make sure you are rotating your players every couple of turns.
4. Main focus here is make sure your defense is keeping its shape.
