15 min play 2v2 with a target player on the endline for each team. Field 20 x 15. Offense must play the ball into the target player then receive a pass before shooting. Look to go forward when possible. Rotate teams after 5 minutes for different matchups

20 minutes play 3v3 with targets on the end and two neutrals one on each side. Field is 40 x 30. Continue to try to play forward when possible after stealing the ball.
Finish with a 20 minute scrimmage.

directional keep away (15 mins)
15 min warm up, set up two field of directional keep away. Offensive players can not go into the field of play. Defenders rotate out of the middle as they steal the ball, or you can have them in for 2 minutes then rotate. Stretch in between. You can go from unlimited touch to 3 touch, 2 touch and 1 touch. The objective is to get the ball from one end to the other. 3 goals and the defenders do pushups or ????
