Drill

Player 1 passes to 2 who cushions it back to 1 who passes across to 3. 3 sets 2 who plays a through ball for 3 to run onto. Whilst 1,2 and are doing this, 6,5 and 4 are doing the same on the other side. Follow pass

Variation 1

Player 1 passes to player 3. 3 cushions it to 2 who passes to 5. 5 plays it back to 2 who plays the through ball for 3 to run onto and then pass to 6. Go opposite side. Rotation- 1-3, 2-3, 5-2, 3-6. 6-4, 5-3, 2-5, 4-1

Variation 2

Player 1 passes to 2 who cushions it back to 1. 1 passes up to 3 who sets 2 to pass to 5. 5 cushions it back to 2 to play the through ball to 4 to run onto and pass to 6. Go opposite side. Rotation - 1-2, 2-3, 3-5, 5-4, 4-6. 6-5, 5,4, 4-2, 2-3, 3-1.
