Set Up: 2 Mannaquins, Players split into 2 groups positioned about 10ft from target player, 8-10 Balls

Objective: First player in line passes ball into the target player. Target player moves off the defender and recieves with an alligator trap while posting on the mannaquin. Servers run is dependent of the movement of the target player. Server follows the pass with a sharp run but cuts to opposit side to recieve lay off, changes direction and dribbls back to the line to repeat the exercise

Coaching Points: Firm Pass, Burst forward to support an angle, Communicate with the target, Target move off mannaquin to provide an angle
