Walk with straight swinging arms/cross arms, jog with forward/backward circles, weave, carioca, sidesteps, low/high skip
Quad walk/knee-to-chest stretch, grass sweep, open/close gate, inchowrm, spiderman, lunge, squat.
2. Multi-directional Speed
Perform 2 on each side (up-left-up/up-right-up)
Race - must touch cone with hand, losers do 5 tuck jumps
