This week the principle of play will be creativity in penetartion wether group or individually.

Organization:
-Area size full gym
Instructions:
1. Players split up into 3or4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play
2. players must not step inside the red cone areas in front of goal this will stop goal tending ,the players must shoot from out side the area
Coaching Points:
1. 3 lines of attack, defender, midfielder, forward.
2.Team mates create gaps, can player in possession look to dribble into them.
3.when to Dribble,Pass or Shoot
4.reinforce the characteristics of each foundational players and how the use the foot work with the space they have.

All kicks are indirect except PKs & Gks

Organization
8 gates per half of the gym
6-8 players per group
Instructions
Part 1 every player with a ball
-players have to dribble the ball using the technique of coaches choice through the gates ,coach can also add a move in while the players are dribbling from gate to gate.
Competition
-players now have to see how many gates they can get through in 30 seconds coach will time and the player whos has the most gates wins 2 points.
Progression
-players can now perform a turn around the gate or back through the gate.but they must break the line between the cones first.
Part 2 two players 1 ball
-players will now partner up and pass & receive through one gate using learning the technique of coaches choice.
-once the players have the technique down have them now pass through a gate and move to a new gate every time.
competition
-players now have 1 minute to see how many gates they can get through with their partner the team with the most gates wins 2 points.
progression
-players now have to play a wall pass through the gate to make it count.

Receiving - On Ground (Inside)
Receive with furthest foot from the ball
Slight hop onto standing foot on contact to prepare for next action
Receive with the toe pointed up and ankle locked
Passing Push Pass
-Non-kicking foot placed on the side of the ball pointing at the target
-Head up observe target
-Working on inside-push pass: use inside surface of kicking foot, heel down, toe up (V shape)
-Strike through the middle of the ball
-Follow through the pass to target with passing foot
-Weight and accuracy of Pass
Intermediate
Receiving - On Ground (Outside)
Receive with the nearest foot to the ball
Toe down ankle locked
Arms out for balance to feel for defender
Next action is to turn or protect the ball
Passing Driven
-Angle of approach off center
-Head up to observe the position of the goalkeeper
-Head down at the point of contact
-Non-kicking foot placed to side, slightly behind the ball
-Ankle locked, toe down
-Contact ball will vary depending on target area
-Contact foot laces (instep)
-Body weight forward, chest and knee over the ball at contact
-Follow through landing on striking foot
Advanced

-heel to the floor toes pointing up
-stop the ball using your sole
-first touch using the sole push the ball out from your feet
sole pass
-head up to veiw target
-with the heel pointing to the floor and toes ponting up
-body weight forward
-apply pressure to the ball using the sole of the foot and push towards your target.
