Activity (20 mins)
Game called: Shoot Shoot Shoot
Continuous Game. 3 v 3. Team that shoots stays on. As long as they get their shot off they stay on. Defense switches. Unless goalie saves it, they can play it out and go the other way.
Fun game that promotes them to shoot, find the best option, and get a lot of reps.

Conditioned Game (30 mins)
Game called: Touchdown
Get a touchdown by finding the striker thats in the endzone. Once ball is played to striker, they have two touches to shoot and score. One to receive, one to shoot.
Coaching points
- Can we find our striker as quick as possible? Looking for holes in defense, keeping head up, movement within the playing area.
- Through ball. Pass has to lead the striker into a successful touch. (bc they only have 2 touches to score) *Think ahead
- Strikers almost moving, looking to receive, ready stance to take touch forward and shoot.
