The session will take place on the same area as the skill practice. Each side will not play 2v1 against the opposite side. The practice can be progressed into a wave game. Play will begin with a 1v1 after a goal or the ball goes out of play a second player opposite where the ball started will enter to create a 2v1. After a goal or the ball goes out of play the side with the 1 in the 2v1 will add 2 players to create a 3v2. After a goal or the ball goes out of play the game will restart with a 1v1 again.
If players are not shooting enough a limitation on touches or passes can be added. If it is too easy another recovering player defender can be added.
Individual challenges such as having the player shoot to a specific area of the goal or having them shoot on a predetermined number of touches.

Players can shoot at any time within the practice. Players will be able to create an overload by passing the ball from the back zone to the forward zone and joining in. Eventually the center line will be removed and players can move anywhere on the field. If there are not enough shooting opportuniteis an extra player can be allowed to advance to the forward zone.
