Set Up: 4v4+4. Same area but use both grids with centre line being defensive line. Continuous game with quick switch of roles when possession is lost or ball goes out.
Exercise: 4 possess the ball with the intention of playing through the opposition to find the team in the next grid. All pentrating passes should be on the floor. Coach controls tempo. Keep a good supply of balls.
Coaching Points: Shape, footwork, body angle for support. When to keep it and when to penetrate.

Set Up: 4v4+4 to goals
Exercise:Penetrate the end line with a pass. Possession team can find each other or the bumpers on the outside. Either one can find the penetrating pass. Initial round is 1st time finish for the attacker in wide areas of goal. Progression to both attacker and recovering defender can enter the scoring zone and play to goal. Defender wins they play into possession grid and counter.

Set Up:20X10 grid
Exercise: 2v2 inside area to find targets on the ends. Each time the target is found team gets a point. Target can find target to keep possession but no point is scored. 3 points is the winner and winner stays on. 90-120 second games.
Coaching Points: Footwork and body angle to receive the ball. Disguise, timing and weight of passes. Highlight 1-2s and 3rd man run combinations.
