Players are distributed onto each maroon cone evenly and starts by dribbling the ball in and out of the yellow cones. Once the players reaches the centre zone the perform a sharp turn around the blue cone and passes the ball accuratley and to feat to the players waiting ahead.

One player starts from a cone from the right (or left) and has to dribble through the cones to then get a cross into the box. Meanwhile another player who's started their run from the middle of the pitch needs to time their run, recieve the cross and finish.
The blue player need to keep the ball under control, be aware of their surroundings and where their recieving play is. The red player needs to time their run to coordinate themselves with the player who's attacking.

1. Start from the red cone. The player dribbles towards the cluster of cone avoiding touching any with the ball. Once the active player reaches the next red cone, the next player starts.
Player then dribbles to the maroon cone.
2.They then dribble towards the maroon cone in the middle of the square.
Each cone is numbered of a different colour.
Coach then shouts which number/coloured cone the player needs to turn and dribble to.
3. Once the player has completed this, they then make their way to the line of cones and dribbles in and out avaoiding touching any cones.
Once this is completed, they go back to the start of exersise 1.
