OVERLAP GAME

SMALL SIDED GAME: OVERLAP GAME

Play 3v3 or 4v4 or needed with goalkeepers.

Play for time. Most goals win

Both teams compete for possession of the ball and attempt to score in their opponents goal. Two players are wide on each side, one form each team. If a player plays wide to

a player from the central grid, they are encouraged to overlap them. Outside players can not be defended and are expected to dribble inside and look for a overlapping run. If it isn't on, they can play someone elsewhere in the central grid

Coaching Points
